It’s not extremely funny, so don’t wait expectantly for a one-liner that’s going to leave you in a fit of laughter.
It’s not very interesting, or hilarious, or ponder-worthy. You should really just empty yourself completely of any expectations. If you’re really bored, I think that would be best.
This afternoon at work, I scratched an itch on my arm. I noticed it felt kind of strange, so I took a closer look. I discovered an almost-healed bruise, and it is still slightly sensitive to the touch. I tried to recall how it got there in the first place.
“Oh, yeah. I ran into that really tall mailbox the other night.”
And then I laughed quietly to myself for the next 3 or 4 minutes, because, what is my deal?
